You can easily keep track of each unit's monthly dues, change ownership of a town home when a resident moves, communicate easily with everyone who's a homeowner, easily send overdue notices and so many more things that make being a Treasurer or Secretary of an HOA so efficient.
Easy to use program. There's nothing I would change.
