The homeowner portal for Maple Ridge HOA. A homeowner opens Message Board, picks the Community Chat board and adds a new thread asking about the pool’s lifeguard schedule, and subscribes to it. After publishing, the thread opens and three neighbors’ comments appear, one of them a reply to the first.
What’s included
Private forums for your whole community, or just the people who need them.
As many boards as you need
An open forum for community chat, a bulletin board for announcements, and a private board for every club and committee.
You choose who sees and posts
Open a board to the whole association, or keep it to the people who need it.
Updates by email
Members get new posts by email, right away or as a daily or weekly summary.
Private to your members
Your HOA forums live inside PayHOA, not on a public social network, so conversations stay in the community.
Share news without the noise.
Set up a bulletin board for announcements that only the board can post to, with comments turned off. Homeowners get every update, by email if they want, without the news getting buried in back-and-forth replies.
A private space for every committee.
Give a group like the architectural review committee a board only its members can see, so planning stays focused and out of the community chat.
Conversations that stay organized.
Neighbors can reply to each other and share photos and files, and you can pin the most important threads to the top so nothing gets buried.
