A PayHOA sign-in asks for additional verification. The board member picks the authenticator app, enters the six-digit code, trusts the browser and verifies. In PayHOA they edit Dana Whitfield’s permissions, add write access to Violation and save. The violation’s history then lists who changed its status and due date, and when.
What’s included
Specific controls, not a slogan.
Two-factor sign-in
An authenticator app or a text message code, with recovery codes. Open to every account, homeowners included.
Custom permissions
Choose, for each person or group, which modules they can view and which they can change.
Card numbers stay with Stripe
Homeowners enter card details in Stripe’s secure form, and full card numbers go to Stripe, a PCI Service Provider Level 1 processor.
Encrypted and backed up
Your data encrypted at rest and in transit, and your financial and member records backed up twice a day.
Two-factor authentication for every account
Turn on an authenticator app, like Google Authenticator, or a text message code. Save one-time recovery codes so a lost phone doesn’t lock you out, and trust your own browser for 30 days.
Turning two-factor off takes a current code, and PayHOA emails you when it happens. If you use it, resetting your password asks for your code too.
The right access for each person
Give each board member, committee member, or group read or write access module by module, from charges and transactions to violations and documents. Admins have full access. Management companies choose which staff see which communities.
Card numbers never touch PayHOA
Homeowners enter their card and bank details in Stripe’s secure payment form, and Stripe stores the card data. Full card numbers never touch PayHOA. Stripe is certified as a PCI Service Provider Level 1 and is audited every year under SOC 1 and SOC 2. Your association’s data in PayHOA is encrypted at rest and in transit.
Sign-in protections that run on their own
PayHOA signs you out after an hour of inactivity, with a warning first. Passwords need at least 10 characters with mixed case, a number, and a special character, and a password reset can’t reuse an old one. Ten failed sign-ins lock the account, and sign-in attempts from one address are rate-limited.
Your records, yours to export
Export transactions, payments, owners, reports, and more to CSV or PDF from the screens where you work. PayHOA runs on Amazon Web Services in the United States.
Gable follows your permissions
Gable, your community’s AI assistant, follows the module permissions of the person using it, and nothing Gable proposes goes through until that person approves it.
