The New Violation page in PayHOA for Maple Ridge HOA. A board member loads the “Trash cans visible from street” template for Unit 14, attaches a photo, turns on notifications for the owner and issues the violation. On the Violations list, the new violation shows the status Courtesy Warning. The board member changes it to Notice of Violation and emails the owner about the change.
