What’s connected
The tools your association needs, set up for you inside PayHOA.
Payments by Stripe
Homeowners pay by card or bank transfer. PayHOA sets up the Stripe account for you, so there’s no separate login.
Your bank’s transactions
Connect your bank account to bring in its transactions, or get a direct feed if you bank with Western Alliance Bank.
Email, texts, and calls
Email goes out through SendGrid, texts and automated calls through Twilio, all from the same Broadcast page.
Mail by Lob
Lob prints and mails your letters, invoices, and violation notices by USPS.
Online payments, processed by Stripe
Homeowners pay dues by card or ACH, and Stripe processes each payment. One admin verifies the association through PayHOA, and there’s no Stripe account to manage. Processing fees apply to each payment. Your community can absorb these fees or charge homeowners a convenience fee to cover them.
Bank transactions without the typing
Connect your association’s bank account from Transactions, and its transactions come into PayHOA for review. If you bank with Western Alliance Bank, PayHOA pulls transactions and statements from the bank directly.
Email, texts, and calls, with delivery tracking
SendGrid sends your emails and reports when each one is delivered or opened. Twilio sends texts and places automated calls. Every message lands in the Communications Log.
Printing and postage through Lob
Lob prints and mails each letter by USPS, including certified and registered mail, and reports its tracking back to your Mail Room. Postage is billed per letter.
Resale documents with HomeWiseDocs
Once your association enrolls, title companies and agents order resale documents from HomeWiseDocs, PayHOA’s resale partner. The fee is paid at closing, and the order comes to your board in PayHOA.
Your data in and out
Import vendors, transactions, payments, and your chart of accounts from a CSV or Excel file, and units and owners from a CSV file. Export reports and lists as CSV or PDF, and connect a Google Calendar to show its events on your PayHOA calendar.
Gable across your integrations
Gable, your community’s AI assistant, sends through the same connections, so emails, texts, and payment reminders go out the way you’d send them yourself. Nothing is sent until you approve it.
